I havent tried any as my tuner is out of town and...

I havent tried any as my tuner is out of town and basically i am waiting for my buddy to check using his obdii scanner. For now as i remembered i asked him to do the things as attached

right after the idle went nuts, i tried reflash...

right after the idle went nuts, i tried reflash back to the previous tune. start it back up, same issue again.
