It might burn 1/2 a quart every 5k. I use ethanol free gas to keep the crickets at bay... The highest octane I can find in my area is 92. Bought mine used with 59k, I have no idea what previous owner...

Spark Plugs at 65K

This is what my Plugs looked like at 65k. I'm no expert but I wouldn't recommend running them until 100k like most Subaru engines specify.
