It’s not a common issue on these cars like on the EJ. I’ve actually done EJ valve cover gaskets in the car. You need the valve cover gasket and threebond 1217H sealant or equivalent. It’s best done...

Also realizing that each of those intake ports on that W16 is feeding two intake valves, what a nightmare :suicide:

Depends on what it is. If it’s a blind hole I would helicoil or some other thread insert. If it’s through bolt can you just run a regular nut on the other side if there is space.
