Well, @Zhangy, DO NOT use "silicon" ....... that will make your windows all gritty.

"silicone" is OK, and will make things slippery, when formulated to do so .......:)

Not all WD-40 is a silicone based material. The WD-40 that is silicone based will say so on the can.

Yes, I have found that by putting a silicone substance on the weather stripping around glass will help keep the glass from squeaking.

1) Clean it super well with rubbing alcohol
2) If it's deformed I'm pretty sure there is some TSB fix or fix that will be done under warranty.
