How to calibrate Throttle position sensor FRS?

ok as the title says. Ive just innstalled Jackson Racing supercharger kit, everything went smooth, all lines and hoses connected properly, ecu calibrated with their tune, but when car starts it dies right after, in order to keep car on i have to keep gas pedal all the way down and even then engine runs rough like its not gettin enough air or gas so it chokes and dies, now since we took air intake off i stuck my hand into the throttle body to clean it, not knowing that it is electronicaly calibrated.
Ive used search here and google, nothing pops up really except throttle body spacers and such.
Any help would highly appreciate it. :thanks:

The throttle plate auto calibrates, all you generally get is a bit of a dead spot for first few drives.

If its stalling its almost certainly a hardware problem like an air leak or maf/map sensor not plugged in etc.

If you have a catch can check that and the vavles it might be sucking air via catch can or lines

Does that kit need a specific MAP sensor change ? did you use the exact MAP sensor required.

If you have a MAF sensor extension harness check it plugged in securely

double check again for vaccuum or boost leaks.

Use you ecutek cable to log and check for ECU error codes

Thanks for help steve,
No catch cans, all hoses and lines secured, don't think there's leaks but I'm ganna double check today again.
It did come with map sensor extention and unplugged and replugged everything, still didn't do anything to it.
And ecu doesn't have any codes. It looks like everything is fine but car wont stay up

Look for air leaks. If you don't find anything, take data logs and be sure to get what's going on when the car dies. I suspect a hardware problem/failure, Jackson's tune has been used by a lot of people without issues.

Ok talked to Chris from jackson from what I told him it's vacuum issue. Ganna double check again and hope that's the issue.
Also i dont really know what to look for in data logs, I'd probably have to take it to them, but hope it won't come to that when I double check vacuum lines

To stay on the topic, thanks Steve for clarifying that.

did you find out what it was ?>

Post your MAP at idle from a data log.

There is 1 vacuum line that you can't see. It loves to pop off under boost.. It's the evap purge line, and it's hidden under the intake manifold. Make sure to clamp it in place.

From your description, I doubt it's the problem, but it may be related, and if it isn't a problem yet, it will become one as soon as you're on the road.

It's the line with the braided cover, it feeds in just below the throttle body. Clamp both ends.

Steve already covered the rest of the possible issues, but if there is an air leak, this is as likely a place as any.

Yes MAF sensor tubing was installed wrong way so it wasn't reading proper air.
But main point of this topic that throttle calibrate itself auto.
And Spartacus is right I heard about that line poping off. Thanks for the tips I hope people find this useful

Just to clarify. I am having the exact same issue with my engine dying. What exactly is the solution? Could you go more into detail? Would be a big help. Thanks

Turn the maf tube other way around.
MAF sensor goes into the tube only one way, but MAF sensor has to be placed that way so it can read air that goes into tube and for that you have to flip the tube not the MAF sensor
