ABS and Traction Control Light on -> ABS Actuator Went Out

Has anyone else had their ABS Actuator went out? I recently had my brake fluid flushed and I'm not sure if that caused an issue to this.

I found this thread about it and that's about it:

Currently my car sits at Longo Toyota awaiting for an ABS Actuator...

I think this car is a trap... Second major failure this year....

Aside from that...I think this is a sign to get into another car

Brakes and fuel systems are the most engineered parts of any car. I would venture a guess that the fluid flush caused it.

Jw how could flush cause it? I know not same but I flushed my trucks radiator and it would overheat for a min or two before going down to normal temps. Now it's all normal.

There could be air bubbles in the system or your thermostat kicked the bucket.

Update:

Car was repaired.

They pulled the following codes:
P0700
U0122
C1241
C1294

The main issue was C1241.

They replaced ABS Actuator Assembly (896051) and H/U ASSY VDC SU003-04300.

Well, now, N1rve, that was a bummer.

Glad you got it fixed.

I don't reckon it would take much misplaced air in the system to freak out the brake electronics.

Weird, all those codes relate to electical issues
brake switch communications between modules
short to ground on abs module

unlikey it was mechanical issue or due to brake bleed flush.

likely module electrical issue, hopefully its sorted could have been due to dying battery or some other weird electical issue.

I had this come up once, erased the code and never came back. Got me thinkin' now
