Replacement Rear Tire
 

I was hearing a clicking noise in my car, turns out to be a nail dug into my rear tire. obviously the dealership wont cover it, and they're trying to charge me $211 to replace my one tire.

Is it just me or am I being ripped off?

If so, do you guys have any info on where else I can get a cheap stock michelin tire from :( thanks.

You can probably get a barely used, full set on here for not a lot more than what the dealer is asking for the OEM tire.

That said, the price they're quoting is about right for a full replacement. I'm not sure if you actually need a full replacement, though. If the nail hasn't damaged the sidewall, you can usually patch or plug it, which is less than 50 bucks at basically any tire shop.

I would also take it to a tire repair shop especially if the damage is not in the sidewall.
