FRS VS BRZ Damper (strut)
1 Attachment(s)
Hello, i have a question that i was unable to find any answer.
Does damping for FRS and BRZ are the same, or somewhat different ? Right now i am restoring Subaru BRZ in Lithuania, and my strut was a little bit damaged from accident, and i can't find direct replacement, or buy it from EU dealers ( it looks like part code is different for EDM cars) I can get Scion FRS strut, but part code is not the same, it ends with 20310CA000 and mine ends with 20310CA120. So parts numbers are different somewhat. I will use my original spring, i know that it really does have different spring rate. |

Keep in mind that the right side of the vehicle. Also, they list it as an "assembly" (for Scion) and "complete" (for Subaru)... so it may come with other goodies, but nothing major. |
This is good info, I have a set of FRS struts and BRZ struts, one will be getting a lift spacer, the other will be getting swift springs, and I wanted to be sure that I chose the right strut for the right spring, should there be any differences.
