Dome LED mod?
 

Does anyone know if it possible to incorporate Acree mod for a dual light

and link it to the auto light feature. I want the car to use the auto light module to power the dome and accent red led when it's dark. I need to add a switch that you can push to get the white light if you need it. Can this be done?

Has anyone been able to get ahold of Acree?

IIRC he's on HIDplanet. Anything is possible with enough wiring knowhow...

depending on how clean you wanted it, you could wire in a board or 2 of colored accent LEDs and have them wired to the dome circuit, then put a board of white up there, and wire it to an independent circuit off the battery with a fuse, switch, and relay.

I made my own as well. I never got enough interest to make it worthwhile.

I was trying to see if you had a write up on your light setup

My white operates normally. I keep it in the off position though.
The red comes on whenever the doors open.


Write up? Not for this one. Sorry, but I don't intend to either.
