HID Headlight turns off during spirited driving

Try swapping bulbs left to right and see if it happens on the driver side, or try switching to oem bulb. It could be a faulty bulb and I'd contact the seller.

If you've swapped the bulbs already then I'd bet it was something to do with that

Check connections between bulbs and ballast. Also swap the driver side bulb to the passenger side and drive how you were before. If there is no problem then its your bulb. if there is a problem then definitely you ballast.

I may have found the problem... The connector at the bulb from the ballast is burnt/melted. Let's see if Subaru will fix this under warranty

I think you get a bad aftermarket HID bulb or the moisture leaks and cause the burn.

the dealership will probably say that you didn't use a genuine OEM product and went aftermarket, which caused the failure then deny your warranty claim. or they might not care and fix it for you. 50/50
