Hyperflash Module

So on the 2015 FRS the hyperflash module is in a different location then the one I watched from Diode Dynamics. I couldn't unhook the module from this white clip that it was stuck on, so i just hooked up the hyperflash and left it hanging next to it. Would that be a problem?

No. You could zip tie it to the old one if you're concerned about it dangling.

probably not,

might bang out and make a noise when you hit a bump
that would annoy me, zip tie it to something

Yeah, that thing was a pain in the ass to get out. It took some hard pulls, but I got the old clip out (it was broken in the process). I left the new flasher module hanging. I meant to get a replacement clip, but it hasn't been an issue, so I've left it hanging for several months.

Pull the whole assembly from the metal brace and then remove the clip from the flasher module and swap it to the new module.

I wouldn't leave it dangling because of wire strain issues, and having it attached where it should be will make it louder like it's supposed to be.

YMMV
