Diode Dynamic Licence plate bulbs

I just purchased 2 pairs of 194 HP3 cool white for the licence plates and the sidemarkers, but they don't work? Am I placing them in wrong somehow or is this bulb common to not work?

"If it does not work the first time, try flipping it around in the socket, as all LEDs require the correct polarity." Right off of their website :D

I'm not familiar with the side marker bulbs, but the licence plate bulbs should work one way or the other in the socket. Maybe faulty bulbs, but the odds of two bulbs not working is probably low :iono: I would contact them to see if they can give you any tips or possibly replace them.

Sometimes the metal clips/tabs that hold the bulbs become loose and cannot make contact with the LEDS. Gently squeeze the metal clips slightly towards each other with a needle nose plier. Should fix the problem.

I just installed some sidemarker bulbs also. I had to adjust the metal contacts on the bulb a little, they were not making contact with the socket clips.
