Some assembly required for this exhaust...

The main part of my new custom center exit exhaust system has arrived...

What my plan is:

I realize the muffler is backwards in the diagram... it will be orientated the correct way and I'll use torca clamps to secure it to the pipe sections. A few changes were made when ordering the parts, went with 3 1/2" transition sections for the exhaust exit instead of 3" as I realized 3" is probably a little too small for the tip and they both cost the same. Spherical bearing ended tie rods are going to support the single exit section at the two factory heat shield bolt locations, keeping it firmly located laterally but allowing for forward and aft contraction/expansion.

Going to need to mock it up and figure everything exactly out before I proceed with the actual one. Not sure how long it will be until it's completed... but having the stock exhaust back on is really getting to me.
