DIY Viper 5204 Remote Start

Ok this is kind of a work in progress and will take a couple days to make so be patient.
Going to post the info then take pics as I go. So here goes! Also, if you see any wiring errors please let me know! Ok so here are the wiring colors I have found so far. I know the colors and pin codes are for the BRZ but I believe the FRS has the same. Quick notes: Flex relay is basically a relay built into the remote start to be used for whatever needed. Immobilizer:
So if you have a prox key version (push button start version) You will need a 1101T Universal proximity key module. Here is the wiring for it. Attachment 97500 If you dont have a smart key version, Im not 100% sure on it but it lists the DEI 556UW immobilizer bypass unit, so Im guessing thats the one to use if you dont use the |

The BRZ has two ignition wires, and two starter wires. Since the RS only has 1 of each, you will need to use the built in Flex relay, and a second additional relay to power the second starter and ignition. Below is a wiring diagram of how to do this using a single relay and the built in Flex relay.

As several people have mentioned, the locks are apparently positive, below is a wiring diagram to make an inverter for the remote start with two relays, You can supposedly buy ones online too but I opted for this. Attachment 97502 |
