Go to the passenger side of the car with the door closed roll the window all the way down and then back up, then hold the button for about 5 seconds once the window is up. The button should stop blinking and you will regain control from the driver side.

just want to know what is the function for? how is causing ?

Happens to me when my window gets frozen up. I believe it protects the window linkage or motor from breaking under these situations.

oh yes, recently the weather has became -1,.and may be forzen

On these cars the outer window seal tends to freeze up. I just wait for it to thaw out or you can use a thin plastic scraper to release the ice from the seal.

I have the exact same problem but the method king83c10 provides does not work for me. The passenger side button wouldn't stop blinking after 5 even 10 second or holding.

any other suggestions or I should bring it back to the dealer to check?

I had to put both windows down/up and hold both for 5 seconds before it fixed. Hope that helps. :)

No luck with all the methods suggested above. Actually my doors were taken apart for putting vinyl on under the mirror area. I believe there is something to do with it.
Should I bring it back to the vinyl shop see if they can fix it or will my dealer take care of it for me free of charge?

This is the condensation sensor in the door, which upon temperatures near freezing, as well as detecting moisture, will prevent the windows from rolling down and damaging the motor in the door\breaking the glass\etc.
