A better description of the noise would help..

Does it sound like rubbing? Does it sound like a whirring kind of noise.

Generally if you have a bad wheel bearing you will hear it all the time, it will be louder as you put weight on that wheel.

^ I thought it's louder when there is less load on the wheel with the bad wheel bearing.

Nope. Opposite but it doesn't really matter if you do the zig-zag thing on some really quiet asphalt. It's easier to hear it come and go that way.

Obligatory saftety tip for everybody - make sure this is done on an otherwise empty strip of road.

Will it be possible if the lug nuts didn't tight well and loose and cause this sound when turning??

You would immediately hear a nasty clunking sound. I'm ashamed to admit I've done it once.

That being said, GO CHECK NOW.

I thought you were trolling asking about loose lugs instead of going outside and checking. :bonk:
