Cold Air intake or Short Ram
Ive heard different things for both but can someone explain to me why i should get one over the other. Thanks a lot, today is my second day with the FRS and its absolutely amazing.

Get neither. Drop in performance filter replacement gets you the best bang for buck. The stock air intake is not a bottleneck.

Like everyone said, just get a drop in. Save the money for something else :)

If you want that intake sound get the trd sound changer tube and the genome tuning resonator delete plugs along with a drop in filter
|
a drop in panel filter will be the most efficient use of money here. if you need to get an aftermarket intake, go with coldair, as short rams will be subject to heatsoak.
