Help needed. Indicators and headlight not turning on
 

Working on a friends car doing some wiring and a problem has started. Its possible the 12V constant from the flasher relay has shorted when it was spliced into.

The problems are all the lights seem to be stuck in park mode. License, rear position and dash illumination is all on.

Nothing on the indicator stalk is working. So indicators, headlights, high beams & rear fog wont turn on. It seems also the gear select (automatic) wont change and the gear override needs to be used.

Any ideas what has happened? It could be a fuse but i dont know which one it would be. Appreciate the help, need fixed asap.
