Passenger window not going down (reset doesn't work)

I know the issue with frozen windows and to reset it. I tried the reset and it doesn't work.

The car was in an accident. When I dropped it at the shop the windows were working. I pointed it out to the shop and they say take it to subaru they didn't do anything to it. Big fucking coincidence right?

Passenger window goes down from passenger door (no auto function). Does nothing from drivers door.

Reset doesn't work.

What do?

Does the back lighting come on? If not, might have a loose connection behind the door panel.

Everything looks normal. I don't want to start taking things apart yet. I left a voicemail with my adjuster waiting to see what he says.

The symptoms tell me it just need the reset sequence. i.e. the window works if you use the passenger side button, but the auto down doesn't you have to hold it. Except the driver side controls aren't flashing like when the windows freeze.

check the connections. it's only a few screws to take off the door panel.

Sounds like a common issue scion's have, as this is most likely toyota engineering at work...

GOOD! It's a basic security feature, if you had a sun roof that wouldn't have worked either ;) Believe this may be needed when the battery is disconnected.

Did you check the window lock feature / button? I had the same thing happen to me-- someone had just bumped the button and there was zero indication that the window lock was engaged. Try toggling it just for shits.
