Cold Air Intake
Hey guys, I am wanting to get a CAI, but too many choices.... whats the best for the money.... I'm digging the perrin....

You are going to get a ton of responses saying to just do a drop in filter (about $35). You will see essentially the same gains as a CAI, or very close (too close to justify the immense difference in price). The stock air box, like most stock air boxes these days, is actually designed very well. Buy a drop in and put the rest of the money to something more worthwhile.

If you absolutely need to do something now, get a drop-in filter (Perrin, aFe, etc...) and a silicone MAF pipe (Perrin, Mishimoto, Supertek...). If you can afford to wait a few months, do so as Grimmspeed's system will be available in the late Fall (September/October maybe from what they've been saying the past few days in their thread) and once it's out there will be several different systems with good data behind them that will drive some price competition/sales perhaps (Perrin, Mishimoto and Grimmspeed to name a few...).
EDIT You're welcome. And of course this isn't everything out there...There's Skunk2, Airraid, K&N, etc....Just a sampling.
