It's possible. I see a lot of prototype cars in LA. Usually the biggest giveaway is the fact most have manufacturer plates

Ah. I see. It seems like it happens a lot towards the edge of San Francisco. I got to see the new STI being driven around about a month or two before release.

There are a handful on the road. BMW of Manhattan has one on their showroom floor. My Dealership only has i3's so far :cry:
