EU Toyota GT86 exhaust rattle problem after custom catless header
 

Hello to all FT-86 and BRZ owners ;)

I got full custom exhaust right now 2,25 inch piping, front pipe catted ( high flow cat ) and resonated. Also has resonated mid pipe-small resonator.
It worked fine unitll I installed catless UEL header 4-1 which was also custom and made on JDL UEL design.

I would say quality of the components is good but current resonators,cat and muffer dosen`t work proper with very high flow from the header so the result is rattle. Sound inside the cabin is even worse than outside.

So my question is what do your suggest to change/modify/add to exhaust system to recude rattle significantly ?

Im going to try weld in a bigger resonator some where in the mid-pipe, close as possbile to muffer. If that dosen`t help I will use factory front pipe or just a factory catalyzer instead of current HFC in my front pipe.
