you get the programming device and tunes for Naturally aspirated cars included updates tunes for basic mods and E85 included, you don't need to go anywhere you can flash car yourself.

If you are planning on running E85. Get an OFT run their OTS stage2 e85 map and you will be one happy camper with only spending around $500. OFT is probably the best $500 I've spent on this car.
