Can't seem to swap maps Ecutek

Hi all,

I watched the Tuner do it but I can't seem to get it done. I've got a map without launch control, and one with it.

I turn the car to AC, and press on the rear defogger button but it doesn't seem to do anything, whereas for the tuner it made the Check engine light flash to indicate the map.

Am I missing something?

Usually you pull back on cruise control (pull towards yourself) and hold until RPMs go to 1k solid, indicating map1, then push up/down cruise control to change maps, then pull again to exit. On restart, map goes back to map1.

EcuTek map switch instructions using rear defogger button:

Ignition on, engine off:

The driver can switch maps by turning on the rear window defogger switch while holding the accelerator to the floor. Every time you do this, the map increases by 1. After map 4, it goes back to map 1.
The check engine light will flash to indicate which mode has been set: One flash for map 1, two flashes for map 2, three flashes for map 3, etc.

Then start the car and drive!

That's it! I wasn't pressing the accelerator.

Thanks
