Just wanted to say I was in for getting a milltek system but just got quoted $1999 for a header back syste with titanium tips... thats nuts in my opion....

Double nuts..........search around, there are other systems out there for way less than that. :confused0068:

True but, Milltech sounds SOOOOO good!

:sigh: What happen to the days when a quality system from a top brand went for $600

militek isn't exactly recognized as cheap

Delete the Ti tips-- those things cost a fortune ($300-400 depending on if you wanted brushed or burnt). Also I wouldn't bother with a header-back setup unless you're going to do headers as well... you'll pick up a couple of horsepower and save a couple of pounds but I don't think it's really worth it on it's own given the cost increase over a catback.

A cat-back with stainless tips is a thousand bucks less.

That was the idea to do a borla uel header and exhaust but now im on the search for something other than milltek but not run of the mill

heh, the price range on this exhaust sounds a lot like my JDM Mugen twin loop on my old Prelude.

At least the Mugen twin loop is nicely TIG welded and doesn't look like a cheap DIY exhaust with clamps everywhere like a Milltek.
