Looks like a fun little setup

King Tut 06-19-2014 06:08 PM

Uncorrected numbers, but damn that is the most torques I have ever seen on a 93 octane plot. Looks like it spikes up to 16 psi hard and then loses some psi in the upper RPM range.

woode 06-19-2014 06:13 PM

Torquey SOB! That small turbo runs out of steam up top I am guessing

MoogDiesel 06-19-2014 06:21 PM

Awesome dyno. That power band looks amazing! Good job!

Nice pickup from the start. Did he really run the car on the dyno for 26 runs? These are some of the best dyno plots I have ever seen on 93 octane. Tell him well done.

yeah, all in all we've got over 100 pulls (and many hours)on this car,...the first round of tuning it had 240hp 188tq, that was on the stock fuel system though..

Andy (the tuner their) is very thorough and does some great work. As with this car, he had my car on the dyno for countless runs and hours (days, actually) when tuning the higher boost on pump.

R/T is one of the few that I would trust my car with.

Is the owner going to come back for E85 tunes?

cdrazic93 06-19-2014 06:55 PM

Ahh if only it held the torques longer :(

Boss Paco 06-19-2014 07:55 PM

Amazing work. Small turbo characteristics but you can't be disappointed. It's still over 250tq at 7000rpm. That is a very meaty powerband and I bet it's a hoot to drive. 4000rpm+ is where you drive it when flogging on it anyway.

Good job! :)

jflogerzi 06-19-2014 08:34 PM

16 PSI on pump? Not sure on longevity but those numbers look really good :)

Lonewolf 06-19-2014 08:41 PM

Now that plot reveals an 86 I would love to drive...:burnrubber:

sw20kosh 06-19-2014 08:43 PM

The dynos coming out of R/T tuning are a level above others. This tuner is doing something different.

That is unbelievable from that turbo and pump gas. Gt30s are barely making that on pump.

What is your elevation?
