High marks to pansontw for customer service!
 

I recently purchased a set of Valenti tail lights from @pansontw. When received the package was very well packed for protection, even so unfortunately one of the lights had a broken piece. :cry:

I took a picture of the damage and PM'ed (as well as emailed) panson, within a few minutes I got an email reply saying a replacement was being sent immediately. :w00t:

The next day I received another email with the tracking number for the replacement. :thumbup:

Within a few days I received the replacement tail light, in perfect condition and installed it. I'm a very happy camper!

Anyone can sell products. It's when something goes wrong that you are able to gauge the integrity of a person/company. pansontw has demonstrated to me that they stand behind what they sell and that they'll do what it takes to make a situation right.
