DiodeDynamics Lights?
 

Sup guys!
So, I ordered from DiodeDynamics, and got the multicolored prism bulbs as well as the fog light kit, so I can put the prism bulbs in place of the fog light bulbs. Has anyone done this? I can't seem to figure out how to swap the bulbs, and I definitely don't wanna mess anything up! Any help would be greatly appreciated!

funny, I'm working on a similar project, interest to see, seeing as I don't actually have fog lights yet.

I'll definitely post up pics once I got it all installed and working, but I gotta figure out this issue first!

Assuming both your fog kit and your prism bulbs are H11 bulbs (should be on your invoice) then just take out the fog light bulb by turning it counter clockwise and disconnecting it from your wiring harness and replace it with your prism bulb and turn it clockwise to secure it, literally plug and play.

Yea they are the same build size. And that's what I was thinking to do too! So I pretty much take the prism bulb and put it in place of the fog light bulb, and I have to disconnect the fog light bulb by (I'm assuming just twist it off the wiring harness?)

To take the bulb out you just grab it and turn it counterclockwise and pull it out. To disconnect the bulb from the foglight harness you press down on a clip and wiggle it out. The harness should look like this.

The top of that is where the clip clips into, on the harness side, press down on there and it should come out with a little wiggling

got my fog lights in today, eyeballing the h11 and the prism I'm guessing that the orange O ring on the prism holds it in place, mine at least definitely doesn't have the same 3 mounting point. its late and I don't feel like accidentally breaking things, I might try putting tab A into slot B (hahah, but I mean the light and fog light housing) tomorrow
