Pro kit install
I installed these today on my stock struts and had an issue with the spacer ring on the rear shock piston and the rear bump stops/dust boots.
The first problem I had was removing the spacer ring from the shock piston as the instructions say. Second issue was getting the bump stop into the dust boot so that the ring fits into the ring in the boot where it looks like it should sit. So what I did is I pushed the bump stop as far in as I could (it's pushed up to right before where it looks like it's supposed to sit). I left the spacer ring where it was since i couldn't get it off and i slid the boot/bumpstop over the spacer ring. Did anyone else have this issue? And does what I did sound ok? |

Before, during, after, 3 hours from start to finish. In the after pic I still had about 200 lbs of stuff in the trunk so it may look a little lower than the front.
