Side marker lights not turning on anymore

Hey guys, just wondering if anyone has run into this problem and if you could give me a hand. Both my left and right side maker lights have stopped working. - They both seemed to have quit at the same time.

Full click of the stalk does give me my proper low beams, turns on my signal lights (as they should) and more weird, activates my fog lights (which are tapped into the side marker lights for activation!)

The fog lights were installed last year and everything has been working great since then...so I do not know if it is from that installation or not (simple pinch type tap connector)

So could it be
  • the fuse? if so, which one do I replace? manual was not helpful
  • Could it be the fact my TPMS sensors are gon, this sounds wierd but it has been over 250km since I have switch to new rims and I have not had a light come on yet...coincidence most likely.
  • Could it be that both LED bulbs gave out at the same time?
  • Could it be the wiring? It is weird that the fogs still work tho isn't it? I will have the bumper off tonight, so I guess I can check later.

why would that be wierd? the fog lights are working as intended.

I would look at the fog light/parking light connection. The pinch type connector could've cut straight through the wire and now no power is getting to the side marker bulb.

Check fuse 10 (I think) under the steering column. I believe it's labeled as "tail light fuse" in the manual. That fixed the issue for me, my fuse was fried. I have a BRZ though. Could be a bit different.

I just thought it was weird because if the fogs still worked, why not the side markers, it's been over a year. I will check the t connector tonight and that fuse. Thanks guys.

Any luck? When my fuse blew the foglights and tail lights did not work. Only the brake lights and main headlight. But as I said before, I have a BRZ so it could be wired a bit different.

Nope, they still don't work. It is very weird. Kind of put the issue aside while I install my turbo kit though.
