Will these fit & not rub? SSR 18x8.5 49+ offset on KW CS coilovers?
I would like to mount a set of SSR 18x8.5 wheels with a 49+ offset on a FRS with KW CS coilovers and lowered. Tires i'm thinking would be 245/40/18 but can be changed if this wont fit.
Will these rub with this offset? How would a 33+ offset be different and do I need something closer to that? Thanks in advance. |
Wrong section, broseph.
But depending on how low you're running your coilovers - you shouldn't rub too much. That's a conservative setup |
I'm setting up the car for the track (road course) so no crazy drops but it will be low. And ideally would like to not rub at all!
Do I need to decrease the offset or will this be fine? |

Its an SSR 18x8.5 wheel with a 49+ offset thats a rare setup for 245/40/18 and im guessing the KW's will lower it 2 inches if not more, hence I'm unsure & skeptical.. |

coilovers will give you more clearance vs stock struts on the inside. You will be a very tight fit but it will fit. -alex |
