Fa20club review

I will keep this short, sweet and to the point as It's becoming pretty well documented on this site that Toni has less than stellar customer service skills.

Below you will find a brief synopsis of my experience with Toni along with the corresponding tracking numbers. At this point I'm fed up with having to fight for the products I ordered and would just like a refund. Given that he has completely stopped responding I can only assume that will never happen.

I ordered my kit on 11/5/2013 and was told I should receive it shortly before thanksgiving.

By 12/6/2013 I had seen nothing so I reached out for a tracking number, I never got a response however eventually a FedEx notification showed up in my inbox.Good enough, only problem is it never shipped he had just printed the label.

I continued to pester him until it actually shipped. 12/18/2013, a box full of random parts (without a packing slip) arrived.

At that point I inquired about the rest of my parts in which I was assured would show up within the next day or so. This never happened. After countless e-mails requesting updates I finally received a second box.

Now here we are, I still don't have a complete order. I have a tracking number again.... which has yet to actually ship... again. Oh an he has completely stopped answering my e-mails and calls.

Needless to say I am less than satisfied with my experience and I have yet to actually receive my kit. Bits and pieces but not the whole thing. For this reason I caution anyone considering doing business with them to use extreme caution.

Thanks for sharing. Sorry for your experience.

Thanks for sharing as well. I think the ultimate issue at hand is a cash flow issue. I hope I am wrong, but I haven't seen anything to show that isn't the case.

Im just hoping one day I actually see the rest of my parts. I WANT a refund but it'd be nice just to have the shit I paid for.

It's due in part because he tries to undercut reputable shops. The reason these guys have been around long enough to build their reputation is that they know where their proper operating margins are. If you go below that everywhere you will start to cut into your cash flow to pay out employment. Once he starts dipping in to pay his overhead it's a very slippery slope.

Hindsight is 20/20 , expensive mistake, but I'll live.

Im working a few angels, this was supposed to be more a word of caution to others than a chronicle of my tribulations with fa20. I haven't given up, I just wanted to help point out that these are not isolated incidents.
