suspension setup advice
hi guys, just looking for advice for my suspension setup, just purchased these items:
1) RPF1 18x9.5 +38 square 2) 245/35/18 tires 3) BC BR coils 4) cusco front and rear strut bars im not looking to go really low, just wanted the adjustability of coils instead of springs. anyways, should i throw in some sway bars as well? i don't track, just weekend spirited driving so I'm still a little hesitant on pulling the trigger on a set. any suggestions? |
I'm currently putting together my suspension setup.
From what I have been told; 18x9.5 won't fit with stock suspension as it will hit/rub them. From what I was told and what I have researched, I am getting 18x8.75 with tein coil overs. I'm taking my wheels to the place I'm getting my coilovers installed so they can install the wheels, adjust height and camber in regards to what space is available etc.. Also I'm a DD, haven't tracked and probably won't this 86 Injen Catback, Injen CAI, Borla UEL headers, ecutek tune w/ racerom, alloy pulley kit, Yokohama Neova AD08; 189hp at the wheels best dyno |

i find it odd that people buy parts in bulk like that on a platform this new. waiting for the sway bars isnt going to cost you anything. put all the stuff you bought on the car and then decide if it needs sway bars or not. i can almost guarantee that you wont need sway bars though.
