Material to repair plastic airbox
One of my oil cooler lines has been rubbing the stock airbox. While there is no hole, I'd like to fix/reinforce the spot. What filler, glue, expoy can I use that can handle the high underhood temps?

They have plastic weld at the auto store

You might want to reroute your cooling lines too. (don't flame me - just stating the obvious)

I am making changes to reroute the lines going forward

To be honest, it would probably be easier/cheaper to get on your local forum/facebook group and get a hold of someone's take-off airbox. I just had to do the same thing. Nearly all our locals are running some sort of after-market intake, so finding a stock airbox was pretty easy.

Put tin tape over the spot after. the oil cooler line shouldn't rub through that .
