If it's letting water in the dealership should replace the seal. You can try complaining and getting the seal replaced just because it's annoying but it seems to just be a little quirk. Mine did it and went away over time, no issues keeping water out of the cabin after a year of ownership. Some have tried a lubricant to allow for some sliding with success. I haven't touched mine. |
Same issue. Strongly debating gluing it in place to keep from rolling up as bad as well as lubricating. Maybe try 3M weather strip sealant seeing as I have a whole tube left over from the gasket replacement.

If its leaking get it replaced
If its just aesthetically annoying you might try this \/ Rubbed the "seal"(for lack of a better word) down with tire shine then cleaned with interior cleaner fixed the problem 6 months later the problem hasn't come back I use Griots interior cleaner on the strips about once a month. Don't think brand of cleaner matters but griots smells nice note: It did leave streaks of tire shine bleeding from the rubber on the window for about a week. Just used microfiber cloth to wipe the window down every time I got in |
