Dome light not turning on
 

So my Dome light isn't turning on anymore. I was trying to install some leds using a splitter supplied by diode dynamics. I notice one of the led boards had a positive wire not attached to the board so ima try to rma that. But afterwards my original leds that was working suddenly don't light up anymore when it's set to door. It only lights up when manually turned on. I put my stock bulb back in and same things. Only lights up on the manual switch but not door. Anyone knows whats up? Does my warranty cover this?
