Interior Door Handle Help

I'm trying to install the red interior door handles I got from nigeljdm. I popped off the silver part of the handle and took out the 2 screws but can't get the handle to come out.

Anyone done this before?

I have found a 3rd screw, but I don't know how to get at it. The screw seems to be attaching the handle to the door. It seems like that thing the washer is resting against is a part of the door and not the handle (the handles i'm trying to install don't have that piece). You can't really see it, but it's in that washer thingy. The head points away from me and towards the door. http://i.imgur.com/UwuV8jw.jpg

There is a 3rd or 4th screw behind the door card. You'll have to remove the door card to get to it. Fairly simple job.

One more screw in door handle, one pop plug inner top then pull from sides to unclip and lift upwards. then unplug the electronics and disconnect the 2 door lock and handle cables.

Yes, I've got the red interior grab handle, and was very easy to install if you remove the entire door card. Removal of the door card itself is also pretty simple, there are some DIY instructions in here somewhere....follow that and you'll be fine.
