I need help with my wheels
Okay so i ordered the varrstoen 18x9.5 +34 but i' just found out that it doesnt fit with stock suspension. Does anyone have any ideas because me being young and all i don't know much and my mom refuses to let me stretch the tires because it'll cause a problem (pretty sure it doesnt) and she thinks fender rolling is going to fuck up my car because its messing up the body.. Can someone just like help out and explain if these would fit if i stretched the tires to fit on a stock suspension

It might fit with stretched tires, but another thing you can do is get some coilovers to get some extra room, a fairly nice set is about 1000(the nicer you want the more expensive).
You may have to take a dremmel to certain parts of the wells to get them to stop rubbing. And although I may not know you...I think you should listen to your mom. Stretched tires aren't the safest thing in the world. |
Return/sell the wheels. Problem solved.
-alex P.S. I'm totally serious on this. You got wheels that are way too aggressive fitment-wise for a stock suspension car. |

So your mom knows more about your car than you do..... Do you see a problem here? Return the wheels.... Get some education / understanding of what does work for your car from the forum and try again.

furthermore 9.5s on this car is outrageous, unless youre building a car strictly for show/appearances. There is no reasonable advantage for having wheels that wide on a 200hp lightweight. |
I'm running 18x9.5 +35 square on stock suspension without any issues.

I know, I had this for a few days then got embarrassed enough to throw on the coilovers. http://i.imgur.com/mm05u0f.jpg -alex |
