Used Oil Analysis Results

My car had done 15,565 kilometers when this uoa was done. It has had 4 oil and filter changes. The air filter was replaced at approx 12,000 kms and looked quite ok. The oil being analyzed had done 3921 kms. The results show raised aluminium and silicon levels; "Aluminium and silicon are often from dirt/dust ingress." but I don't know how this would occur. This is my first test so I have no idea of what to expect.
Would some one like to comment on the results?
