Car dead ( electrically )

Well for some reason my car has no electrical power at all. I has tom lights only ( i have a pin cut from one of the lights that i put back in manually and stays in place but i then soldered it temporarily )

Any ideas what it could be ? any fuses that i would need to check or anything else before i tow the car off to a shop or dealership ?

i doubt its the battery because the car does nothing electrical.

No power at all? Like turn key on and nothing? Sounds like a dead battery.

Could be an interior light left on (door / trunk slightly open etc) or the tail light install isn't quiet right and slightly draining your battery.

Flat battery is the obvious candidate.

Loose battery cable can seem like no power is available. Troubleshooting means starting right there. Grab the ground and twist, then let go and do the same to the positive. No movement should be detectable. Then at the cable ends check for voltage with a multimeter. If no power there then check the voltage at the ends of each of the battery posts. You have a flat battery is my prediction.

If the battery is delivering power then it will likely be ignition relay, switch, or starter. You can't fix any of those yourself very easily and warranty would apply.

Yeah its completely drained out of power. i thought that if a battery is drained it would still do a bit of work, but i guess ill try and see if its the battery today. If not guess ill tow it to the dealer ship.

To resurrect the car you need to get it towed to the top of the tallest mountain you can find and wait for a nasty thunderstorm. Make sure it get struck by a lightning bolt containing a minimum of One point twenty one gigawatts and you should be good to go.

Have you tried "popping the clutch" to see if it starts up (assuming it is manual)?

Car has no power to even unlock it self so it's no the clutch issue

If you put the key in the "ON" position, roll it forward, press the clutch, put it in first or second gear, then "pop" the clutch back and press it in quickly it should start with no battery needed. Just make sure your cable are tight on your battery and it should recharge.
