Noise when idle (not Crickets)

Sorry I hate to search. I don't think that is crickets. The noise only activates when the engine runs below 1k rpm during idle.

It sounds like rattling. As soon as I press gas pedal, it stops. It comes back again when the engine hits below 1k rpm.

Thanks

Is this normal? It seems I get no answer. It is pretty rough at idling. Thanks. I have no other car to compare with

Maybe take it in to the dealership?

The car is noisy and can be described in many ways, mechanical clicking/ticking is a common phrase used which could be similar to 'rattling' unless you post a video it sounds normal to most people around here based solely on your description.

Is it a humming noise like a fuel/air pump but from the back and goes away ASAP ramp goes above 1k and only there under idle? Mine just started day before yesterday... Car only has 800km

If it's a "diesel" sound or sounds like marbles in the engine at low RPM it is probably the HPFP. It is a noisy little thing

I have this sound as well along with crickets. Two separate noises

Oddly enough, you would not even have to search to find an answer.

I've just started hearing a noise that maybe similar to this. It seems like a lower tone but louder version of the crickets and is more audible inside the car. It's not as prevalent out side of the car. Are you having the same issue?
