OEM Audio+ users, What to do with factory amp?
 

Hey just wondering what everyone has done with their factory amp after installing the OEM Audio+ system. In the video they simply unplug it to bypass it but I imagine taking it out complete and freeing up some weight might be a possibility since it ias basically dead weight?

I guess this question applies to anyone with an aftermarket amp. Is it difficult or a problem to remove it completely?

It's really easy to take out, 3 nuts apparently. Doubt it weighs very much since it's so weak.

So you can't even use it as a doorstop?
