5x100 to 5x114.3 hub conversion

Has anyone done a 5x100 to 5x114 hub conversion? What would be required in this conversion and what parts as well?

-Thanks

Megan Racing makes conversion hubs. Front and rear.

Ditto. I was told Sunday it would run about $750 for a set of four.

There are two ways to do it
A: Buy 114.3 HUB
Front hub: aftermarket kit- hardrace , megan
Rear hub: 08+ STi part #: 28473FG010

B: Just get a adapter (spacer). This is cheaper and easier way to covert to 114.3 from 100. But you have to make sure that your new wheel has hole on its back to let stock stud to pass through. (stock stud is 24MM long). Or you can get a 25mm spacer/adapter. Also, you need to pay attention to new wheel offset since you add extra 15mm/25mm to it. (18X9J +50 should be the best fitment for 15mm adapter)
exp: SARD PCD changer 5H100-5H114.3 15mm for BRZ/86

Option B is really only if you'd like to stick with mid-to-high offset wheels. I understand not everyone is looking for low offsets but I'm just pointing that out.

For those looking to run lower offsets, a hub conversion is an aggressive option for most but will allow a wider range of wheel options. Keep in mind it won't be as easy to change back to stock configuration versus using just the spacer route.

I wonder if the 114.3 hub will push the wheels outside or not ?

If you do a real hub conversion, no. If you use bolt on adapters, yes.

First off....08-13-2013. That comment is almost 6 years ago that you are asking that guy a reply for.

By replacing the the whole 5x100 hub assembly for the 5x114, it will have the same track width as it did before so it will not "push the wheels outside".
By adding the spacer/adapter to the wheel though, it will be pushed out, in this case 25mm more than stock width.
The 25mm spacer option will allow you to use the stock studs and not have to worry about the studs passing through the spacer/adapter and touching the wheel and not allow it to seat properly.
