Help! Removed Tom's taillights, replaced with stock, now my lights won't work!

So I removed the LED flasher that I installed when I got Tom's Taillights, and replaced it with the original flasher that I had removed before. Then I went and physically changed the taillights out. Then, when I went to check everything, the taillights work, as well as the reverse lights, but the headlights won't come on. Also the turn signals don't work. Now when I went to pull the key out and figure out what was going on, the parking lights won't turn off, and the gauge cluster is showing the high beam light, but nothin is on. I didn't mess with anything else, and everything has worked perfectly up to now, so I'm really unsure about what I've managed to mess up. Thanks for your time and any advice at all is welcomed.

Sounds like your old "flash module" is busto. Did you try reinstalling the LED flasher to see what happens then?

Check your fuses.

Ya I put the led flasher back in, same thing happened. I also tried checking fuses but as far as I can see none of them are tripped. With that being said, I had a heck of a time trying to figure out which fuses might be linked to all the different lights. I unhooked and reattached the battery, and then tried turning it on again, same problem reappears.

It's almost definitely a fuse. Unless you just exploded your whole lighting system. :P

dont just check, reseat the fuse. Also take one of the same type from some place else that is not needed to function (power windows?) and swap real quick. That will tell you if it is the fuse.

Did you re-pin your tail light connectors back to stock?
