Hearing a ticking noise when slowing down to a stop with fan and/or AC on

When I slow down to stop and put the car in neutral, I hear a ticking noise coming from the front. It happens for about 2 secs when Im going around 15mph. It doesnt always happen but Ive only noticed it happening when I have the fan and/or AC on.

Is anybody else having this problem?

Are you talking about this? (Video in there)
If so, then everyone has that noise and it is not a problem.
