Perrin Radiator Hose

Anyone install the Perrin radiator hose and if so how difficult isnit and how much time generally would it take?

I installed them, but I was also changing my radiator at the time. I would say it can be done in under an hour. You will want to jack the car up and remove both of the undertrays I believe and then drain the radiator and swap the hoses. I removed my top hoses by unbolting the radiator cap area and disconnecting the hoses from the motor and radiator. Then I swapped the hoses on the radiator cap area off the car.

The install of the radiator hose is very simple and straight forward. I sent you an email containing the set of instructions as well!

For a time frame, I would say you can do it in 30 minutes to 2 hours MAX depending on how comfortable you are working on your car.

You swapped out the radiator for another or do you mean just changed the fluid?

Considering we're talking about a cosmetic upgrade...

Took me about an hour. You don't need to remove anything except the existing hoses. To drain the radiator there is a small panel in the plastic under tray made specifically for draining the fluid. You'll just need a short hose of some sort. Just remove the panel, attach the hose (I used a piece cut from aquarium cleaning hose), place bucket under, and turn the knob on the drain valve. The hoses are a little tough to get on but they will go on eventually. I've done it on two cars and I think I'll just coach people and not do another one myself as it's not very fun as you'll be leaning over the car a lot straining back muscles.
