sparco wheel help
 

alright so i have the work bell hub and an nrg quick release and a sparco wheel. can someone provide me with detailed information on how to do this right? the hub does come with resistors and all that so that doesn't need to be explained. i found some stuff through searches, but seemed incomplete. thanks for the help!
