Straight pipe
Is anyone running straight pipe from headers to the end ?
|
Lots of rasp, popping, and just noise. Probably will not sound too great. And very loud too.
The muffler deletes usually sound good as they have at least 1 cat still on the car. |
I still want to hear it! :D I agree though, it's the muffler that makes the deep rumble. Even a v8 with straight pipes typically sounds too raspy, imo.

I believe that there is someone running a Buddy Club Spec II with a header on here which is essentially a straight pipe with a small resonator on it.
Eventually, I will be running a similar setup but with both cats. There isn't really much to gain by not running them. Scott |

@evilconcarne999 runs a Borla UEL , an Overpipe, front pipe and a muffler delete and trust me it sounded very very very good and surprisingly did not raps at all

Start cutting all the cats off and thinks can turn messy (sound and appearance wise). |
