My Vortech Kit, With photo's and Dyno's
 

I got my vortech kit in last week and as soon as it arrived the install began. The install is pretty straight forward as long as you follow the instructions included in the kit like many other before me have said the install is definitely doable with an extra hand or two. Also planning on making an install montage along with driving and drifting footage with my gopro. For now here's a few dynos.

This is the upgraded blower running perrin's tune. This is the first map that they have sent me so theres still some room to improve after a few datalogs.
The only mods for more power on the dyno pulls are the vortech kit along with a perrin catback exhaust.

First 3 pulls on the graph were done on Map 3 which is the map with the most power.
The last pull on the bottom was done on Map 1 which is the more conservative one.
Temp for runs were 68 degrees and 23% humidity

Update 9/6/14
Got some fuel injectors and a fuel pump installed on the car so I went with an e85 tune. I was able to make 300whp currently on the stock pulley, so I'm satisfied with where it's at for now. I'll be going back for another tune most likely in a few months after I get a smaller pulley and a front pipe.

Looks good. Which pulley are you using?

It's the 9psi pulley that comes standard with the upgraded kit.

Looks awesome. Great to see the dyno too. Looks like good power increase with smooth delivery

This was done on 93oct. Although the map is for 92oct.

I'm looking to go perrin catback as well. What do you mean by "uncatted" though - I thought the definition of a catback was the exhaust from the cat *back*??

Good catch, don't know what I was thinking when I put that. But I do plan on going fully catless within the next couple of months so I should get a bit more power.

How are you monitoring temps and air/fuel ratio?

nice job! might I ask what front lip you have sir. and how much you have lowered the car. :coolpics:

For now I've just been data logging quite a bit to make sure everything's running fine, I'm gonna get some gauges really soon though.

Thank you! And it's the rexpeed front lip and the front is lowered about 2.5 inches and the rear is 2in.

I have a boost gauge so far. Will get the air fuel too. Thinking about a air temp gauge to monitor the air temp after the intercooler
