Greddy Exhasut and Intake Problems

So i'm considering purchasing the greddy air intake system and either the sp elite exhaust or evo3 exhaust for my fr-s...just wondering if i'll run into any problems running these on an fr-s with the stock tune??
I've heard of some people having problems running air intakes on their fr-s/brz with stock tunes..

Might have a lag without a tune I've been reading

I've had the greddy intake for about 5000 miles now, no issues, you can feel a bit of a difference around 4500 rmps in the acceleration and it sounds amazing. No issues and don't find a need for the sound tube also, cleans up the engine bay nice.

I have the SP Elite and the Greddy Intake. No issues at all and I am still on the stock tune. I have hade the exhaust for 9,000 miles and the intake for 4,000.

Runs fine for me factory tune. I have EVO3 and CAI. Only issue is exhaust is starting to rust after a month and I wash 1 - 2x week (including under carage).
And the EVO3 is loud with no silencers (I prefer with silencers in, and did not notice any difference in power really.) And I also eliminated the sound tube.

I have the EVO 3 and I have to use silencers because I have kids. I can tolerate the drone but only for a certain amount of time. A lot of people are more sensitive to it than I am though. The only issue that I am having is rattles in cold starts, I think the exhaust is just touching the crossmember frame. Hopefully that dont have any effect for long term use..

I've read that the SP elite gets louder after some miles driven. Is that true? I'm planning on getting the SP elite when I get my refund.

Do you have a video of the exhaust? I will probably never hear my exhaust louder since I only have ~260 miles after having the car for 6 months. :bonk:

If I use it for a DD I'd be stuck in traffic for a good 26 miles one way. I don't go any faster than 35 mph. Thats just the morning commute!!! :mad0259:
